The pyzo.fr website is published on a non-commercial basis as part of a private beta. No payment is collected from users during this phase.

In accordance with article 6.III.2 of French law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the full contact details of the publication director have been provided to the website's host (see section 2) and may be obtained upon judicial request.

The database and authentication are provided by Supabase, hosted in the Paris region (eu-west-3, European Union).

All content on the Pyzo website (text, images, logo, interface, source code) is the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written authorization is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Pyzo is currently in private beta. The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on the site, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or service interruptions.

The user acknowledges using the site under their sole responsibility. The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the site.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. The publisher exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content or use.

The processing of personal data is detailed in our privacy policy. The terms of use of the service are set out in our terms of service.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
